Build your resume and learn the basics of trauma-informed care with OrphanWise!
In this module, participants will receive an overview of Trust Based Relational Intervention, an evidence-based, trauma-informed caregiving method. Participants will learn how trauma impacts developing brains and how parents and professionals can bring healing and wholeness to the children in their care. The introductory module walks participants through the three principles of TBRI® — Connecting, Empowering, and Correcting — and equips them with actionable strategies that they can start to implement right away.
Materials, snacks and certificates will be provided.
